Christlike Practice

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Christlike Practice collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app, website, and related services.

It is written for the current beta version of the product. If the app's data flows or legal requirements change, this policy will be updated before those changes are released.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Voice Practice

Voice practice is optional. If you use it, the app records your spoken response only long enough to transcribe it and place the transcript into the response field for your review.

Live Practice sends your voice to the AI voice service during the session so the coach can hear, respond, and continue the practice loop. Audio is processed to provide the feature; the app does not intentionally store live voice recordings after the session.

Temporary local audio files used by manual transcription are deleted after transcription. The transcript may be submitted as practice content if you choose to submit it for AI feedback.

Third-Party Services

The app currently relies on third-party providers to deliver core features. These may include Supabase for authentication and cloud data sync, OpenAI for AI generation and transcription, RevenueCat for subscriptions, and hosting providers used to run the API and web build.

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google provides basic account identity information, such as your name, email address, and profile information, to Supabase so the app can authenticate your account. Christlike Practice does not receive your Google password.

If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported billing providers in the future, those platforms will also process purchase-related data under their own terms and privacy policies.

How We Share Information

Retention and Storage

Information stored locally on your device may remain until you delete it, remove the app, or clear device storage. Information synced to cloud services may remain while your account and the related service records stay active. Redacted app error diagnostics are used for beta troubleshooting and reliability monitoring.

When you delete your account from the Profile screen, account data tied to your user id is deleted from the authentication and sync systems. Account-linked beta feedback is deleted. AI usage records may remain without your user id where needed for service monitoring, cost tracking, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Account deletion also clears the account's saved practice data on the device used for deletion and requests removal of its RevenueCat customer record. Provider deletion is asynchronous; linked or exceptional billing profiles require support review. A minimal device marker prevents stale sync work from restoring deleted data. Offline copies on other devices, independent app-store transaction records, and provider backup or security logs may remain subject to their applicable retention processes.

Your Choices

Children's Privacy

Christlike Practice is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the app without appropriate permission, please contact the project owner so the information can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes should be reviewed before continued public use of the service.
